NEW YORK LICENSING DEADLINE OCTOBER 1ST
 
For destruction companies doing business in the state of New York, please be aware that effective October 1, 2008, Article 39-G of the General Business Law requires Document Destruction Contractors to be registered with the Department of State, Division of Licensing Services.
