BAHRAIN FILE DUMPING CHARGES DISMISSED

As reported by AHN Media Corporation and posted to the website of allheadlinenews.com on August 11th, charges against a delivery man, who, last year, dumped thousands of job applications with personal detail in the trash, have been dropped. The report states that the dismissal of charges has privacy advocates and at least one legislator expressing concern.

According to the report, the Bahrain Ministry of Labor admitted dumping hundreds of application forms of jobless citizens who were trying to gain employment in a special government-sponsored hiring initiative. Evidently, the incident happened about a year ago.
