TEXAS ATTORNEY GENERAL SAYS DUMPING OF RECORDS IS A BIG DEAL
 
In the last edition of NAIDDirect, it was reported that a Houston, TX area attorney did not see why such a big deal was being made about the fact that some of his confidential client records had been tossed in the dumpster. At that time, we suggested that the state’s Attorney General might see it a bit differently. 
 
He did.
 
A report posted to KHOU-Channel 11 reports that the incident is now being investigated by Mr. Abbott’s office.
