REAL ESTATE RECORDS IMPROPERLY DISCARDED
 
Documents with local residents' personal information were discovered in a dumpster in an alley in northwest Washington, D.C., according to a report posted to the website of NBC affiliate Channel 4 on July 22nd.
 
According to the report, the records were related to a real estate company that went out of business, and authorities are aware of the owner.
