NFL PLAYERS ASSOCIATION DENIES IMPROPER SHREDDING
 
An article posted June 24th to the website ProAthletesOnly.com reports that the NFL Players’ Association (NFLPA) is denying that it used a secure destruction service to destroy information in an attempt to protect itself from two ongoing legal matters.
 
The allegations surfaced after a line item for “destruction services” was noticed on one of the union’s required filings, while at the same time it is embroiled in two high profile legal battles.
