SYDNEY HOSPITAL EMBARRASSED BY DISCARDED RECORDS
 
An article posted on June 27th to the website of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation reports that medical records had been found in an abandoned amusement park. Reportedly the records came from Sydney West Area Health Service.
 
The report states that authorities are both embarrassed and clueless, but does not offer any follow up details.
