ARIZONA HOMEOWNERS PUT AT RISK OF ID THEFT

According to an article by Lynh Bui appearing on the website AZCentral.com on June 26th, a large amount of files containing personal information about Arizona housing development homeowners was found out in the open and possibly in a dumpster. It appears the records originated from a nearby residential management association or developer.

The report states that police are attempting to contact residents and return the found paperwork. Residents who think they may have been affected by the unsecured documents are being urged to take precautions by contacting their financial institutions and monitoring their credit reports.
