DENTISTS BLAMES UNNAMED SERVICE WHEN RECORDS TURN UP IN DUMPSTER
 
According to a breaking broadcast news report on Arkansas-based NBC-affiliate KARK on June 17th, dental records and personal information from a local dentist were found in a dumpster. 
 
The report states that employees have responded to the incident by blaming a local shredding service they hired to do the job, however, they are refusing to name the service provider involved.
