ANNUAL CONFERENCE SUCCESS HAILED AS SIGN OF INDUSTRY RESILIENCE

Many are calling last week’s NAID Annual Conference a remarkable success. And while attendance did not reach last year’s record high, the nearly 800 attendees did calm earlier concerns that participation could suffer significantly as a result of the economic slowdown.

According to this year’s Conference Committee chair Tom Huth, “NAID measures the success of its Annual Conference based on attendance as well as delivering high quality sessions focused on capitalizing on the current market environment, and creating new opportunities for high impact networking. So, while we are delighted that so many turned out for the event, we are even happier that immediate feedback from this year’s attendees has rated the conference’s quality higher than ever. The surprisingly high attendance numbers are just icing on the cake,” says Huth.
