NAID-EUROPE CONFERENCE SPEAKERS ANNOUNCED
Plans are shaping up for the 2010 NAID-Europe/PRISM Int’l Conference in Athens, Greece. The event will be held from 27-28 September at the Westin Athens, Astir Palace Beach Resort.
Among the speakers already scheduled are:
Renee Keener of ADS Consulting, who has provided successful training to many secure destruction companies in the US for more than 5 years, will discuss how often overlooked aspects of customer service and operations can make a big impact on sales and profits. Ms. Keener has also owned and operated a successful secure destruction service in the United States since 2001 and has long been a popular speaker at NAID events in North America.
David Lane of the international financial consultancy Lane-Link Group will provide a forecast of merger and acquisition activity in the secure destruction and records management industries and their impact of the marketplace.
Elton Potts, President and Chief Operating Officer of Recall Corporation, will be the opening keynote speaker and renowned records management author, consultant and lecturer William Saffady will speak at the general session on Tuesday, 29 September.
